You must pay each month's fees within the first week of that month.

You can pay your bills by either check, cash, or Zelle. Checks should be made payable to Maitrayee Suketu Patel LLC. In the check/Zelle memo, please include the month of lessons you are paying for.

If I cancel the class, I will make every effort to reschedule it. If I am unable to reschedule, I will give you a partial refund of that month's fees. However, if you cancel a class, you are still responsible for paying the full month's fees, and no refund will be given. Fees are paid per month, not per class.

I conduct 1 class per week, or 4 classes per month. Private lessons may be rescheduled if advanced notice of absence is given. Group lessons may not be rescheduled.
It is the student's responsibility to show up to classes on time. Refunds will not be given if a student misses class and does not reschedule.

If you intend on missing a whole month of classes, please let me know in advance. If you do so, you will not have to pay any fees for that month.

Group lessons are only offered on Sundays from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Group lessons are best for beginners starting out in their music journey.
Private lessons are customized to fit into your schedule. These are best for more experienced students who wish to develop their skills further.
Group lessons cost $120, while private lessons cost $160.
